The Cohesive Connect App is an internal resource provided solely for employees of Cohesive Staffing Solutions. It is designed to centralize access to websites, tools, and resources required for employees to perform their job responsibilities.

Access to the App is limited to current employees of Cohesive Staffing Solutions.

All content, resources, logos, and materials available in the App are the property of Cohesive Staffing Solutions or its licensors. Employees are granted limited, non-transferable rights to access and use the App for work purposes only.

7. Termination of Access

The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

End of employment
Violation of these Terms
Security or compliance concerns

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. While we strive to maintain accessibility and accuracy, the Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or accuracy of content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cohesive Staffing Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to technical issues, loss of data, or unauthorized access.

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Employees will be notified of material changes through company communication channels. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
